Mivec Framework comes in two flavours:

• -with-example distribution. This includes the Mivec Framework codes, PEAR HTTP extension, initial environment test script, and an example application, so that you can get an idea of how a web application developed with Mivec Framework may look like.
• Library-only distribution. This includes only the Mivec Framework codes, PEAR HTTP extension, initial environment test script, and an example .htaccess. This is best for installing on the server as a web server-wide available library, or experienced developers who just need Mivec Framework to start building their application quickly.

Current release is 0.9.1, the second release. You can download them from SourceForge:
